Sometimes you want to read a bunch<eob>

and cannot be bothered, right?<eob>

You'd rather plop on your chair<eol>
and let the words come to you.<eob>

You can do it using GReader Mode.<eob>

What is GReader mode?<eob>

GReader mode is a text-to-speech minor mode<eob>

with which you can read<eol>
any buffer using the point.<eob>

You move your point right before the text you want to read<eob>

and run GReader read command.<eob>

You can then use the left and right arrow key s<eob>

to jump to the previous sentence<eol>
or the next sentence.<eob>

Installing GReader G-Read er<eob>

is available on the GNU Emacs App Store<eob>

and its copyright assign ed<eol>
to the Free Software Foundation.<eob>

To install G-Reader, you can run meta x list packages return.<eob>

Look it up with control s , press i to mark it for installation,<eob>

and then press x to execute the installation.<eob>

Basic usage. We can now open a text file and start reading.<eob>

Let's open The Willows by Algernon Blackwood.<eob>

I've never read the story,<eob>

but HP Lovecraft said it was the best horror story<eol>
he had ever read,<eob>

so it is in my reading list.<eob>

Now load GReader using MetaxGReader mode.<eob>

To start reading, press control r space.<eob>

The Project Gutenberg ebook of the willows.<eob>

This will run the greader read command.<eob>

To stop, press the space key.<eob>

This will run the greader stop command.<eob>

Navigation.<eob>

You can navigate like you normally do,<eob>

but using the left or right arrow key s<eob>

will move the point between sentence s<eol>
instead of characters.<eob>

We can slow down using the minus key.<eob>
